In 2004, Metropolitan College became part of the INTI International Group of Colleges. It has been a challenge for him as both institutes are well-established in the private higher education industry in Malaysia but with distinctly different development paths and corporate cultures. With the support of his colleagues, the College has developed a very special student-oriented teaching and learning environment, dedicated to excellence in undergraduate studies, which is lively, interactive and friendly.
In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he writes widely on issues relating to teaching and learning methodologies, developments of higher education, and career guidance for youth. Dr. Joseph Lee believes strongly in setting objectives and working towards achieving goals. With a determination to succeed, the College is heading on to greater heights with a passionate and receptive approach.
