The National Association of Private Educational Institutions (NAPEI) takes great pleasure in expressing its heartfelt congratulations to our long standing member Challenger Concept (M) Bhd. on their release of the 11th edition of Education Guide Malaysia, complemented by its integrated website www.StudyMalaysia.com. This annual education directory comprises useful information on both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education. This directory is very comprehensive and provides information on the structure and profiles of higher education providers and their course directory, the 'whois-who' in the higher education industry, roles of governing authorities and education related government agencies, scholarships and many other chapters of relevant information on education in Malaysia.

Their dedication and commitment in producing their annual directories have helped promote Malaysian education not only within Malaysia but also abroad. It has also assisted many students in deciding their course of post secondary studies.

NAPEI which is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year is proud that its membership has grown many folds over the years. Our membership ranges from private schools to private tertiary institutions including universities and university colleges. NAPEI is committed to safeguard the interest of its members and pledges its total support to the nation's aspirations of becoming a regional hub of education excellence by providing quality education. NAPEI is consistently working together with the government to develop quality education programmes for its member institutions as well as play an active role in enhancing the image of the private education industry in Malaysia to local and international students. NAPEI is also proud that the quality of education provided by its member institutions has attained international benchmarking and has thus succeeded in establishing their branch campuses internationally.

Private higher educational institutions today provide many study options and therefore we would like to advise both concerned parents and students to make full use of this comprehensive study guide, which provides invaluable information on institutions and its programmes, before deciding on their preferred institution and course of study.

In ending, we at NAPEI would like to once again congratulate Challenger Concept and encourage them to continue their commendable efforts in disseminating education information in Malaysia and abroad.
