Top scorers credit their teachers

KUALA LUMPUR: Top SPM scorers from SMK Seri Hartamas have credited their teachers for going the extra mile for them.

Celeste Chew Sze Ting, 18, said the teachers arranged for extra classes after school hours and on weekends for all students.

“The teachers would help anyone who needed it. I find that is real dedication as they came to school during the weekends and were there for us,” said Celeste who scored 9A+.

Chen Sharon, 18, who also scored 9A+, said the extra classes certainly gave her the edge.

Cedric Lee Yitzhen, 18, was grateful for the tips given by his teachers on how to answer the examination questions.

Cedric scored 8A+, 1A and 1A-.
