KUALA LUMPUR: MCA's Kojadi Institute will mark another milestone in education development with the relocation of its current facilities to Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) later this year.

Its education affairs committee member Senator Chong Sin Woon (pic) said party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai recently approved plans to relocate the institute from Wisma MCA to TARC in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

"The relocation exercise is scheduled for completion this August.

"This will see a more conducive environment for students and the introduction of Diploma in Electronics level four at the new premise," he told reporters at a press conference at Wisma MCA here Wednesday.

At present, he said the institute could only accommodate 130 students with the student intake increasing to 360 at the new premises.

On a separate matter, Chong, who is also MCA Youth chief, announced that the institute was organising soft skills training courses,  following the success of such courses last year.
