Student Investor Challenge

This is in conjunction with the Ministry Of Higher Education’s (MOHE’s) initiative to promote awareness for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). This event is designed to equip students with greater understanding of finance and business through the context of a stock market competition.

The event is beneficial and provides the opportunity for participants to be exposed to real-time trading situations in the stock market. This enhances their knowledge and introduces them to risk taking as they sharpen their trading acumen.

Learn the role of a Financial analyst, Investment analyst and Media analyst while capturing the unique dynamics of financial market trading.

The UniQversity Life 4.0

A three-day, two-night event, this leadership summit is the go-to event for student leaders who possess the aptitude – and attitude – to excel at organising community events.

Ideal for prefects, monitors and student club leaders, this summit will be held at UCSI University’s Kuala Lumpur campus from 13-15 July.

Accommodation will be provided for participants from different states and a total of RM708,000 in study bursaries will be presented along with various awards to participants.

Held for the fourth year running, the UniQversity Life 4.0 serves as the ideal platform for students to hone their leadership skills and make smarter decisions.

WOW Lunch Box Competition

This is an innovative competition for food science and nutrition students to use their creativity to develop new ONE-DISH lunchbox recipes that are easy, healthy and delicious. This is in line with the Ministry’s efforts to encourage students to eat balanced and healthy meals every day.

Date: July 21st (Saturday) 2018
Venue: UCSI University, KL campus.

This competition is a great opportunity for aspiring participants to:

• Improve their understanding of nutrition and how to prepare well-balanced meals.
• Enhance their knowledge of food hygiene requirements.
• Gain confidence by presenting their lunchbox recipes and the science behind it to the judging panel and the audience.
• Acquire important life skills by working as a team.

Science and Math Quiz

This event is in conjunction with the Ministry of Higher Education’s (MOHE’s) initiative to promote awareness on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Science and Math Quiz competition 2018. This event aims to test student’s knowledge and effectiveness of critical thinking in mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics.

The event is beneficial and provides opportunity for participants to:

• Solve daily mathematical problems using critical thinking skills.
• Develop their creative and cognitive capabilities.
• Gauge their knowledge level and speed of thought in solving various science and mathematics questions.
• Learn to work together as a team and foster friendship among participants from various states in Malaysia.

SPM Revision 2018

The acclaimed SPM Revision 2018 will be held at UCSI University Kuala Lumpur campus on 29 September.

Led by experienced SPM examiners and master teachers, this workshop will guide students in exam preparation through the emphasis on exam answering techniques and effective study strategies.

It is open to all Form 5 students in Malaysia in Science and Art streams and transportation can be arranged upon request.
