Professor Heather McGregor, CBE

Professor McGregor CBE PhD (Hong Kong), MBA (London Business School), BSc (Hons) (Newcastle-Upon-Tyne) is Executive Dean of Edinburgh Business School. She carries a wealth of global business and career development experience including working with and developing the careers of leading political, business and financial figures. As a visiting lecturer, Professor McGregor has also taught at a number of business schools world-wide on subjects including employability and the development of social and human capital. A strong champion of diversity in the workplace, Professor McGregor is one of the co-founders of the 30% Club and is founder of the award winning Taylor Bennet Foundation programme. She was recognised for her services to business, especially employment skills and diversity, when awarded a CBE in 2015. Professor McGregor is also a respected commentator, broadcaster and author who has written extensively for the Financial Times, The Times, and Management Today.
