ULDP is a two-week 'summer camp' style leadership development programme for young Malaysian undergraduates studying locally or abroad that provides its participants the opportunity to learn critical skills and knowledge required of a future CEO.
The programme fee of MYR12,000 will be waived for all participants.

- Undergraduates in the age group of 19 to 25.
- Studying locally or abroad from all fields of study.
How Do You Apply?
Step 1 - Online Application
This is the first step in the application process where you have the opportunity to tell us all about yourself.
*It is advisable for you to complete this in one sitting and it should take you no longer than 45 minutes.
Step 2 - Online Assessment
Our assessments are unique to ULDP and helps us determine if the programme is a good fit for you.

**It is advisable that you allocate 1 hour to complete the assessment in a distraction-free environment.
Step 3 - Phone Interview
This is the final stage of the application process. We'd like to get to know you better and give you a chance to ask us questions.
