Course Description

The Department of Accounting under the College of Business Management and Accounting, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus, offers an innovative accountancy programme leading to the award of the Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree. The programme offers specific knowledge of accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, economics, computing, management, English and marketing courses and their application in the accounting field out in the market. The programme aims to produce competent and dedicated accountants who exhibit traits such as professionalism, discipline, and high moral standards.  This programme is specifically designed to prepare students with strong knowledge in accounting field before they get into the real world of accounting professions or pursue their studies to obtain a Masters' degree in accounting or in other business related postgraduates programmes.
