SYARAT AM

SPM with at least credits in Bahasa Melayu and pass Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted

AND

STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in any 3 subjects including Pengajian Am

AND

MUET at least Band 1 

SYARAT KHAS

STPM at least at least 1 grade B and 1 grade C in any subject excluding Pengajian Am subject

AND

SPM at least grade C in Mathematics or Additional Mathematics

AND

SPM at least Grade C in  any other 1 subject which are Science/Physics/Chemistry/Biology

AND

Pass MEdSI Test

AND

Pass the interview given by UPSI

AND

MUET at least Band 2
