The ACCA Foundation in Accountancy (ACCA FIA) is a programme best suited for those looking to pursue a career in the accounting and finance profession. It is an entry-level qualification consisting of 7 modules and can be completed within a year. ACCA FIA is the fastest and most efficient pathway to achieve a world-class ACCA qualification that is globally recognised within only 3 years.

The ACCA FIA programme is designed to give students a head start in the field of accounting and business by equipping them with all the necessary technical skills and knowledge required to further pursue the ACCA qualification. Upon completion of this programme, ACCA FIA graduates proceeding into the ACCA qualification are granted exemptions on certain papers and are one step closer in obtaining a professional status.

100% External Assessment
MCKL offers internal assessment to support candidates for the actual examinations.

Examination
All 7 papers are examined via computer-based examinations (CBE). It is flexible and can be taken when examination slots are opened in the College.

Remote CBE exams are also available via registration with ACCA directly. This allows the exams to be attempted at home.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) or Malaysian Government will be considered on a case-by-case basis
