This internationally-recognised diploma equips you with the theory and practice of food preparation, presentation and serving styles. You will also be trained in the areas of inventory control, personnel management, basic accounting and menu planning. • SKM Level 3 (in related field): Pass and pass SPM with 1C

*International students with qualifications from educational systems where English language is the main medium of instruction are exempted from this requirement.

International students who do not fulfil the English Language Requirement may join the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University which builds their skills in the language and prepares them for the TOEFL / IELTS examination.
