Certificate in Commerce (CIC) aims to prepare SPM/O level or its equivalent certificate holders proficiency in English and the foundational academic knowledge to progress to a Diploma in Business Management, Hotel Management and Information Technology. Graduates of this programme will be able to start working at an entry level.
