Course Description

Our Bachelor of Information System (Honours) in Artificial Intelligence is aimed to cultivate an Artificial Intelligence (AI) practitioners with the ability to apply fundamental mathematical knowledge and logic, and scientific and theoretical AI knowledge in analysing, modelling, designing, developing and evaluating AI solutions. This programme covers a few areas of AI with Python programming including machine learning, neural network and deep learning.

Entry Requirements

STPM: Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in 2 subjects and Credit in Maths at SPM level

A Level: Full Pass in 2 subjects and Credit in Maths at O level

UEC: Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics

Matriculation/ Foundation: CGPA 2.0 and Credit in Maths at SPM level

Recognised Diploma in Computer Science /Software Engineering / Information Technology / Information System:  Minimum CGPA 2.5 and Credit in Maths at SPM level

Any other Diploma in Science and Technology or business studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 may be admitted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment process and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent

 

Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 with a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment process.

Others: Any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysia Government which will be considered on a case by case basis
