SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted

AND

STPM at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am;

AND

MUET at least Band 1

SYARAT KHAS

STPM at least PNGK 2.50

AND

STPM at least Grade C in Chemistry and any 1 of the following subjects:

• Physics
• Mathematics(T)
• Biology

AND

SPM at least Credits in the following subjects:

• English
• Mathematics/Additional Mathematics/July's Mathematics Paper

AND

MUET at least band 2

• Pass MEdSI Test from UPSI
• Pass the interview
