SPM with at least credits in Bahasa Melayu and pass Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted

AND

STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in any 3 subjects including Pengajian Am

AND

MUET at least Band 1 

SYARAT KHAS

STPM with at least Grade B in any 1 of the following subjects:

• Usuludin
• Sejarah
• Bahasa Melayu
• Kesusasteraan Melayu Komunikatif

AND

SPM with at least Grade C in any 1 of the following subjects:

• Pendidikan Islam
• Pendidikan Moral

AND

SPM at least a Pass in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics

AND

Pass MEdSI Test

AND

Pass the interview

AND

MUET at least Band 2
