Introduction

Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Chemical and Bioengineering Technology (UniKL MICET) is located in Taboh Naning, Melaka. UniKL MICET is the pioneer institution of higher learning in providing chemical-based technology hands-on education in Malaysia. Our courses place value on the interaction between scientific and technological training and industrial experience. The contents of the courses offered are regularly reviewed according to the needs of the industry.

Facilities offered to students include:

• Laboratories and Pilot Plant Workshops, Chemistry Labs, Common Engineering Labs, Chemistry Engineering Labs, Control Process Lab and Engineering Drawing Lab
• Specialisation Labs include the Science Environment Lab, Waste Water Treatment Lab, Air Treatment Lab, Bioprocess Lab, Food Technology Lab, and Chemical Technology Lab
• Other facilities include Lab Discussion Rooms, Lecture Theatres, Multipurpose Hall and sports facilities for Volleyball, Tennis, Netball, Gymnasium, Mosque and Cafeteria
