Academic Strength

Ever since 2009, we have been operating in the name of ISBAUK Thinking Skills College and ISBAUK Thinking Skills Academy at 9^th and 10^th Floor of BREM MALL. Many students, which totals to approximately 1,200 to date, have been given the opportunity to follow skills programmes from SKM Certificate level and upon completing it, are allowed entry to ISBAUK’s Diploma programmes. The college continued to grow with the setting up of a new branch in Rawang and another floor (i.e. 11^th Floor) at BREM MALL. As a relatively established academy and college of quality education, students who have successfully completed our diploma will be able to gain entry into more than 50 universities in the world. This is the reason why ISBAUK keeps on expanding within a relatively short span of time to achieve the large number of students it has today.

With the Skill Development Programmes and ISBA’s Diploma Programmes, our stakeholders are showered with a source of satisfaction due to ISBAUK’s unmatched expansion. Today, as an evidence to our trail of excellence, we have not only one but two colleges i.e. one in Kepong and the other in Rawang. This is indeed a formidable achievement for all staff of ISBAUK.

One of the fundamental policy-norms of ISBAUK is continuous teacher training and staff development since its inception. As ISBAUK focuses on skill-based programmes at SKM Certificate level and a solution-focused approach at ISBAUK’s Diploma level, this training is fundamental. We are known to be the pioneers in meeting the impending demands of today’s employers and this is why we are always renewing our momentum in our training strategy for both the academy and the college.

On 26 October 2005, ISBAUK signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Malaysian Government, namely, Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK), Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. 

Witnessed by Minister of Human Resource, Datuk Seri Dr Fong Chan Onn, the MoU states that students have to complete the skills programme before they are allowed to enrol for the ISBA UK Diploma, and subsequently a bachelor’s degree.

ISBAUK has been awarded approvals from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran Malaysia, Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia and Malaysia Immigration Department to recruit international students in Malaysia.

ISBAUK Thinking Skills College is registered with the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. The institution offers certificate and diploma programmes. The institution’s mission is to provide quality educational opportunities and training to all at affordable fees, regardless of their background. The college is approved by:

Our founder, the late Dato’ Dr Tan Tiong Hong championed the principle that quality education must be made affordable to all irrespective of race, religion, creed and colour.
